2007 Pinot Noir

A classic garnet color suggests the feminine elegance and youth of this wine. Aromas of cherry, plum and toast preceed a medium weight palate with a surdy tannic backbone, finishing warm with hints of stonefruit and wood. Perfect with salmon, duck, and lamb.

2007 Crystallus

61% Lemberger, 13% Pinot Noir, 13% Cabernet Franc & 13% Cabernet Sauvignon. A complex blend of 4 vinifera grape varieties the Crystallus starts with briar fruit and jam that linger on the palate. The finish is reminiscent of old world varieties with earthiness and a softness that stays with you after the last sip is gone.

2008 Long Stem Red

A full bodied blend of five red French-American grape varieties. The bouquet of Long Stem Red (AKA "Piggy Pat's Swine Wine") is a plush, earthy mix of briar fruit, vanilla and plum. Supple tannins and moderate acid compliment the rich jammy palate. Hints of cranberry emerge in the soft finish. Especially good with Piggy Pat's Bar-B-Q , dark meats, and grilled foods.
